Min Ho, a music producer who is struggling to write a new song because of the lack of inspiration. He is told by his manger that he has to find love so he would have emotions to write a new melody. He then meets a Chinese tourist named Ling Ling. Min Ho is inspired by Ling Ling but due to their language barrier he decides to adds her as a friend onthe mobile messenger app LINE to communicate with one another.

Tenmyouya breaks out of old, conventional stereotypes and inherits the distinctly Japanese counterculture and eccentricity. He incorporates modern art, traditional Japanese painting, street art, and illustration, being an artist that simply cannot be classified into a single genre. Throughout this film he uses gold foil and fine brushes to prepare for various exhibitions while people surrounding the artist share their thoughts. The dogs belong to Kosovo, encountered during the artist’s ventures through the streets of Pristina. At night, the artist merged with the packs of dogs, following their movements until they dispersed and disappeared. Locals shared the story of these dogs: during the late 1990s, as Serbian troops clashed with Albanian insurgents, domestic dogs were abandoned on the streets of the battlefield. Since then, Pristina has become a scene of roaming dog packs, with occasional confrontations between humans and dogs.
